Occupational Therapist
Karen Reckamp
Karen Reckamp is a compassionate and family centered Occupational Therapist with 30 years of pediatric experience. She has worked in seating, mobility and positioning for 29 years. Karen is a RESNA certified Assistive technology practitioner (ATP), and Seating & Mobility Specialist (SMS), She received her executive Master of Health Care from UCF in December of 2021 (Go Knights!). Karen graduated from The Ohio State University in 1994 where she completed a pediatric rotation under the guidance of Jane Case-Smith, EdD, OTR/L, FAOTA.
Physical Therapist
Debbie Sells
With 30 years of experience in pediatric physical therapy, Debbie is a highly skilled and dedicated professional specializing in custom seating, mobility, and adaptive positioning equipment. For the past 29 years, she has worked extensively in this area, becoming a trusted expert and RESNA-certified Assistive Technology Practitioner (ATP).
Debbie’s career also includes ten years of experience providing physical therapy and equipment services within the school system, working in both Virginia and Green Bay, Wisconsin. Her expertise in supporting children within educational settings has allowed her to create tailored solutions for students with diverse mobility and positioning needs.
Debbie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology with a minor in Biology from James Madison University, a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of North Florida, and a post-professional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota.
Her passion for improving children's mobility and positioning extends far beyond the local area of Northeast Florida. Since 1998, Debbie has generously shared her expertise and compassion with a local charity, helping provide rehab and equipment needs for children in Grenada, West Indies.
Debbie’s unwavering dedication to supporting children’s physical development and enhancing their quality of life makes her an invaluable member of our team.
